Supreme Court Bail granted on Murder charge

On 21 October 2021, Nick Crawford of our office appeared before the Brisbane Supreme Court before Her Honour Justice Bowskill on behalf of a twenty nine (29) year old man charged with the offence of murder. The incident occurred at residence located in Cannon Hill on 8 October 2021. After hearing lengthy submissions from Mr Crawford and arguments in relation to self defence, Her Honour Justice Bowskill granted bail on various conditions.
