Supreme Court bail for alleged member of the Mongrel Mob OMCG

Alan Phillips of our office was engaged to act for his client who was allegedly a member of the Mongrel Mob in Cairns. His client was charged with what the police alleged to be wholesale drug trafficking in the area.


The matter was considered carefully and evidence was put before the Court about his personal circumstances. Submissions were made by Alan Phillips about the connection to the OMCG.


Ultimately, the Court granted our client bail despite police allegations that he was president of the Mongrel Mob chapter in Cairns.
