Fine and no conviction recorded for $12,000.00 fraud

On 18 January 2022, Ngarangi Rangihuna appeared in the Brisbane Magistrates Court for a client charged with multiple frauds in the sum of $12,000. Prior to sentence Mr Rangihuna was able to have 4 counts of fraud discontinued and following submissions from Mr Rangihuna at sentence, the client was fined and no conviction was recorded.
