Alan Phillips of our office represented his client who was charged in relation to a significant drug trafficking operation. She was indicted on trafficking
and possessing kilograms of dangerous drugs over an 18 month period.

Following a review of the expert report, a detailed submission was sent to prosecutors. They accepted they no longer had reasonable prospects of success and the charges were discontinued.
